Fort Lauderdale - beach, at last
I woke up bright and early and went for about a 6 mile run down the road. On the way back I stopped by a grocery store and picked up some turkey, bread, and a big jug of orange juice.
I decided to drive again, but I knew I wouldn’t be going the whole day.

Week 2 - Pain is weakness leaving the body
I pulled/ripped some muscle in my right foot yesterday afternoon while walking to a concert. It really hurts to walk, but while resting it is fine. Jon gave me two Ibuprofens on extended loan to keep the swelling down.
