Greek Pizza

Inspired by the Sages Cafe inside of Crawford, I created my own “Greek Pizza”. It’s simple to make and incredibly delicious. Here’s the recipe:

1 Pita (pocket-less)
1/2 Small Plum tomato, squeezed and then diced
1/4 cup of feta cheese
1 slice of red pepper, diced
1 slice of green pepper, diced
1 slice of onion, diced

Experimental toppings (Not tested but in the works):

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar

4 large pitted greek olives, sliced

2 tablespoons of capers

Bake in a toaster oven for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. The pita should just begin to brown. For more gooey cheese, the toaster oven to broil for an additional 2 minutes.
